General Refund Conditions
  • All registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizers.
Event Postponement or Changes
  • If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or government regulations – your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
Payment Errors
  • Duplicate Payments : If you are charged twice for a single registration, you can request a refund within 7 business days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Payment Failures : In the case of a payment failure or a deduction due to a banking issue, the responsibility lies with your bank. We advise you to contact your bank directly to resolve the issue.
