Terms & Conditions – Green Fit Marathon

By registering for the Green Fit Marathon 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms
  • Registration is mandatory to participate in the event.
  • Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • There will be no on-the-spot registration available on the day of the event.
  • Finisher medals will be given after race completion, and showing your BIB is compulsory to collect it.
  • Runners must complete their run on the designated route. Organizers are not responsible for wrong turns, route deviations, or incorrect distances covered.
  • Valid age category is required for registration. Winners must also present their original ID proof for age verification to claim their awards.
Eligibility
  • Minimum age and category-specific requirements must be met (details on registration page).
  • Participants must be medically fit to take part. The organizer is not liable for health issues during or after the event.
Event Rules
  • Outside assistance (vehicles, pacers, cycles, etc.) is not allowed.
  • The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant violating rules.
BIB & Goodie Bag Distribution:
  • Participants must wear their official BIB securely and visibly at all times throughout the race.
  • Participants without an official BIB are not allowed on the race route.
  • BIBs and timing chips are strictly non-transferable. Interchanging them will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • BIBs and goodie bags will only be distributed at the designated center before the event (not on race day).
  • Representatives can collect BIBs by showing a valid ID proof and a consent letter from the participant.
Liability
  • Organizers will take all safety measures, but participation is at your own risk.
  • Green Fit Foundation will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.
Changes & Cancellations
  • The organizer may reschedule, delay, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, government orders).
  • Any updates will be communicated through official channels.
